Deciding to start therapy is a big step, and I want the practical side to feel as clear and straightforward as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how I work, what I charge, and what happens next.
I'm licensed in the state of Texas, which means wherever you are, from El Paso to Texarkana, Brownsville to Amarillo, I can work with you. Virtual sessions are available statewide. In-person, walk-and-talk, and concierge services are available throughout Dallas and the greater DFW area.
I don't accept insurance, and that's an intentional choice. Private pay means more confidentiality, more flexibility, and faster access to care without the constraints of a diagnostic label. That said, I respect your right to use your benefits, and I'm happy to provide a superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider directly.
I ask for 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule by email or voicemail. Cancellations within that window will be charged the full session fee. Life with kids is unpredictable, and I get that. Rescheduling is always encouraged over canceling to keep your momentum going. Click here to change your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. Pricing is based on session length, service type, and session time needed.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I provide all clients with a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services before your first appointment. You will never receive an unexpected bill from me.
This time is dedicated specifically to you. My services are for individuals 18 and older. That said, if family involvement ever makes clinical sense for your treatment plan, we can discuss it on a case-by-case basis.
I'm licensed in Texas and serve clients statewide via telehealth. In-person sessions are available in Dallas (75208), walk-and-talk therapy throughout DFW, and concierge services bring therapy directly to your home.
Nope. I'll listen deeply, explore your thoughts and emotions, offer psychoeducational guidance, and challenge you to reach your goals — but you are the expert on your own life. My job is to help you find and trust you.
I conduct sessions parallel to my kids' school schedule — Monday through Friday, 9AM to 1PM. Honestly, you’re getting the best of me at 9AM. By 5PM I'm balancing homework, dinner, and household chaos — just like you.
