Whether you're newly widowed or a few years into rebuilding, therapy looks different for everyone. I offer three ways to work together, each designed around your life, your pace, and what you're carrying right now.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS STARTING AT $200 | WALK-AND-TALK STARTING AT $250
You want a consistent, ongoing space to process at your own depth
You're comfortable with virtual or in-person sessions
You have a reliable routine and can commit to a weekly appointment
You're ready to begin but want to start at a manageable pace
This is your hour. Sixty minutes of individualized therapy where you can bring anything: the grief, the guilt, the parenting overwhelm, the thoughts that feel too heavy to say out loud anywhere else.
We'll work at your pace, building trust and momentum toward the goals that matter most to you. Available in office, virtually, or as a walk-and-talk session in the DFW area, your choice.
CONCIERGE SESSIONS STARTING AT $250 FOR 60 MINUTES | EXTENDED TIME AVAILABLE AT $125 PER ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES
You're in the DFW area and prefer an in-person experience on your own terms
You want therapy to meet you inside your daily life, not separate from it
You're looking for flexibility that fits around your children and your schedule
You want support while doing the hard things, like sorting belongings or navigating the home you shared
Leaving the house feels like one ask too many right now
Grief isn't always compatible with getting dressed, finding a sitter, and driving across town. With concierge therapy, I come to you, wherever you are, however the day has gone. Whether you're navigating physical barriers, working through a home full of memories, or simply need a therapeutic presence in the space where real life actually happens, this is therapy without the added weight of showing up somewhere.
90-MINUTE SESSIONS STARTING AT $300 | CPT SESSIONS $200/SESSION
You have a stable home environment and support system to lean on
You're ready to do deeper work and can commit to homework between sessions
You prefer a shorter overall timeline in therapy with more focused sessions
You've been diagnosed with PTSD and want targeted, evidence-based treatment
The grief feels layered and sixty minutes leaves you mid-sentence
Sometimes sixty minutes isn't enough. Whether you need more time to process without watching the clock, or you're ready to tackle PTSD head-on with a structured, evidence-based approach, intensive therapy gives us the space to go deeper. Ninety-minute sessions are available upon request, and I am also a certified provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a short-term, highly effective treatment for post traumatic stress disorder. Two or more sessions per week are recommended for CPT.
